Sadly Pixley Games is not a verified publisher. Windows will block the installer file. If you don't believe this, then scan the file to be 100% sure. When the scan is done double-click the file or right-click it and press open. After that press more info or more details (idk what there reads) and then press run anyway. After that the installer file will install Star Shooter - Pixel War 1.0.3-1.1.2. You won't need to setup anything in the installer. Have fun with the game!! :)
